• Conduct internal training programs, prepare training materials, and provide input on employee competency mapping based on the needs of each employee in every division.

Syarat

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1), Engineering major is preferred
• Preferably have 2 years working experience in the same background
• Has good communication skills, discipline and flexible with overtime
• Preferably candidate who able to speak English
• Understanding of TNA, ToT competence (Training of Trainer), 5S, K3, and ISO 9001:2015
• Able to distinguish colors properly
• Will be placed in Sidoarjo
