• Conduct end-to-end recruitment, manage employee contracts and data administration, implement HR system improvements, and oversee company/factory assets and maintenance.

Syarat

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Psychology or Law with a GPA above 3.00
• Preferably have working experience in the same background
• Knowledge about psychological testing, administration, and HR system
• Ready to work under pressure and has a good communication skills
• Will be placed in Medan
