• Design and develop pallet concepts, propose new product ideas, coordinate trials for new products and raw materials, recommend improvements to Business Development systems and procedures, and ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and effective product development.

Syarat

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering with a GPA above 3.00
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Having the ability to design products
• Have understanding of business strategy and development
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
